Keith holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Birmingham City University, complemented by a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), a Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Allied Legal Skills. He holds professional memberships with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).

His professional journey began with foundational roles where he honed his operational skills, managing core HR and training functions at The St. Regis Singapore and later delivering service excellence and orientation programmes for the Tung Lok Group. In these positions, he focused on enhancing efficiency, ensuring training compliance, and developing structured frameworks like the On-the-Job Blueprint for Professional Conversion Programmes.

While working in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) department at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Keith was responsible for programme development. He analysed industry needs to identify training gaps and ensured new course proposals were aligned with the national skills frameworks. As a Manager at the Singapore Productivity Centre, he directed the programmes department to execute a strategic overhaul of its offerings. He also developed the courseware for “Optimising Lease Negotiations with FTIC Framework.” This programme was designed to equip both landlords and tenants to interpret the code of conduct and also provide learners with the tools and techniques for fair and balanced negotiations.

Drawing on his extensive experience, he was appointed General Manager of Adept Academy, where he oversees all facets of operations, ensuring a commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance. He guided the team to achieve a Grade 1 outcome in the Training Provider Quality Assessment (TPQA) Audit. He also developed the courseware on “Human Resource Policies and Legislation Framework Management,” educating HR professionals to stay abreast with policies and legislation and also aligned the curriculum with the IHRP Body of Competencies.
