Learning Unit 1: Analysing Organisational Systems for Job Redesign
- Analyse the different tiers of organisational systems and processes to identify opportunities for job redesign.
Learning Unit 2: Designing Career Facilitation Strategies
- Design career facilitation strategies using appropriate tools and methodologies to enhance employee growth.
Learning Unit 3: Implementing and Evaluating Job Redesign and Career Facilitation Initiatives
- Implement management strategies to integrate job redesign and career facilitation into organisational practices while adhering to ethical standards.
- Evaluate personal practices by staying updated on best practices in job redesign and career facilitation.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Possess minimally a ‘N’ Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
- Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3.
- For learners without the prerequisite, they will be allowed to be accepted in the course, should they possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.

| Option 1: Tax Deductions/ Allowances 400% tax deductions/ allowances on up to $400,000 of qualifying expenditure per year | Option 2: Cash Pay-out Convert up to $100,000 of the total qualifying expenditure across all the qualifying activities for each YA into a non-taxable cash payout at a conversion rate of 20%, in lieu of tax deductions and/ or allowances. |
