Learning Unit 1: Analysing Employee Engagement Trends
- Analyse employee engagement surveys using current market trends related to employee engagement.
- Analyse data from engagement surveys to identify significant trends and patterns.
- Examine the underlying drivers of employee engagement results through investigative methods.
Learning Unit 2: Developing Employee Engagement Strategies
- Analyse employee engagement data to derive actionable insights for enhancing employee engagement.
- Develop employee engagement programs that integrates real-time digital tools, flexible work options, and diverse recognition approaches to enhance overall workplace engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement digital solutions to review and improve communication strategies for promoting employee engagement.
Learning Unit 3: Evaluating and Enhancing Engagement Initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programmes using metrics and techniques to measure and enhance organisational engagement outcomes.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Relevant WSQ Qualifications/ or at least a Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience.
- For learners without relevant academic qualifications, they will be required to possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Learners who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on supporting evidence of competency readiness.
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.

- For the issuance of the Skills Badges, please note that there is a separate processing fee of $30.00 (before GST) payable to IHRP. Adept Academy shall collect the payment from participants directly.

Eligibility for SSG funding is limited to individuals holding a Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+). This support does not extend to holders of a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP).

Adept Academy reserves the right to reclaim and recover any and all amounts of funding that are not disbursed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) in the event that a learner fails to successfully complete the required assessment(s) or for any other reason as determined by SSG.
