Learning Unit 2: Developing Employee Engagement Strategies

  • Analyse employee engagement data to derive actionable insights for enhancing employee engagement.
  • Develop employee engagement programs that integrates real-time digital tools, flexible work options, and diverse recognition approaches to enhance overall workplace engagement and satisfaction.

Learning Unit 3: Evaluating and Enhancing Engagement Initiatives

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programmes using metrics and techniques to measure and enhance organisational engagement outcomes.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Relevant WSQ Qualifications/ or at least a Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • For learners without relevant academic qualifications, they will be required to possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Learners who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on supporting evidence of competency readiness.
  • Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.

No, eligibility for SSG funding is limited to individuals holding a Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+). This support does not extend to holders of a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP).
