Learning Outcomes
Learning Unit 1: Identifying Learning and Development Needs
- Analyse organisational learning needs to design development roadmaps.
- Design L&D programs incorporating legislative requirements.
Learning Unit 2: Designing and Developing Learning Programmes
- Select effective delivery channels for learning initiatives.
- Develop learning content in collaboration with key stakeholders
Learning Unit 3: Implementing and Evaluating Learning Programmes
- Implement L&D programs using appropriate delivery methods.
- Evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives considering current trends.
Learning Unit 4: Improving Learning Programmes
- Propose improvements for L&D programs based on evaluations.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Possess minimally a ‘N’ Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
- Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3.
- For learners without the prerequisite, they will be allowed to be accepted in the course, should they possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
