Learning Unit 1: Communicate change management programmes to employees
- Communicate change management strategies, components of change management programme plans, objectives and implementation plans to employees.
Learning Unit 2: Factors and resources supporting change management programmes
- Identify factors and apply resources that support change management programmes and initiatives.
Learning Unit 3: Implementing change management programmes
- Implement change management programmes and initiatives successfully.
Learning Unit 4: Resistance and environments impacting change management programmes
- Recognise the internal and external environments that influence change programs, as well as challenges and resistance to change management programmes and initiatives.
Learning Unit 5: Assessing change management process and managing resistance
- Assess the progress of change management processes and to mitigate actions to manage change resistance and opportunities.
Learning Unit 6: Evaluating and monitoring change management programmes
- Analyse and evaluate change needs and monitor the effectiveness of change management programme for improvement.
Learning Unit 7: Presenting project performance outcomes to stakeholders
- Manage the needs and expectations of stakeholders and effectively present project performance outcomes in accordance with organisation procedures.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.

Adept Academy reserves the right to reclaim and recover any and all amounts of funding that are not disbursed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) in the event that a learner fails to successfully complete the required assessment(s) or for any other reason as determined by SSG.

| Option 1: Tax Deductions/ Allowances 400% tax deductions/ allowances on up to $400,000 of qualifying expenditure per year | Option 2: Cash Pay-out Convert up to $100,000 of the total qualifying expenditure across all the qualifying activities for each YA into a non-taxable cash payout at a conversion rate of 20%, in lieu of tax deductions and/ or allowances. |
