  • Identify factors and apply resources that support change management programmes and initiatives.

Learning Unit 3: Implementing change management programmes

  • Implement change management programmes and initiatives successfully.

Learning Unit 4: Resistance and environments impacting change management programmes

  • Recognise the internal and external environments that influence change programs, as well as challenges and resistance to change management programmes and initiatives.

Learning Unit 5: Assessing change management process and managing resistance

  • Assess the progress of change management processes and to mitigate actions to manage change resistance and opportunities.

Learning Unit 6: Evaluating and monitoring change management programmes

  • Analyse and evaluate change needs and monitor the effectiveness of change management programme for improvement.

Learning Unit 7: Presenting project performance outcomes to stakeholders

  • Manage the needs and expectations of stakeholders and effectively present project performance outcomes in accordance with organisation procedures.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.
