Specialising in recruitment and HR business processing solutions, she has partnered with organisations across industries to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nudgyt—a Startup World Cup regional winner—Christine leads human capital strategies for a cutting-edge AI technology company dedicated to translating complex data into actionable business solutions. In addition, she is the Director of DN & Associates Executive Search, where she advises and delivers bespoke talent acquisition strategies. Her leadership expertise extends to her previous roles as Group Human Resources Director at Park Hotel Group, Director of Human Resources at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and Head of HR Business Partnering at Far East Hospitality Management.
