Yuri See is an accomplished business leader, trainer, and consultant with more than three decades of corporate experience across the IT, financial services, transportation, and FMCG industries. Known for his exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills, he has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States, driving operational excellence and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
As Founder and CEO of Region Management Pte Ltd since 2014, Yuri has pioneered innovative business process management (BPM/BPO) solutions for organisations seeking to reduce the risks and costs associated with workplace misconduct. His firm provides specialised communication and disclosure services, record retention systems, and consultancy support, leveraging a trusted network of partners in Malaysia, Australia, and the US to create robust, confidential, and data-driven infrastructures.
Prior to establishing his own company, Yuri served as Director of Working Capital Management for Dell Global B.V. (Asia Pacific and Japan), where he oversaw regional cash flow, payment systems, risk management, credit insurance, and supply chain matters. His earlier career includes leadership roles in vendor financing with Heller Asia Capital, Capita Corporation/AT&T Capital, and ORIX, as well as operational management positions in transportation, logistics, and manufacturing with Tan Chong Group, SBS Group, Levi Strauss, Asia Pacific Breweries, and Petamgas Maritime Services. He also served in the Republic of Singapore Navy for a decade, holding both sea-going and shore-based engineering appointments.
Yuri holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde. His professional credentials include the Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and multiple insurance certifications from the Singapore College of Insurance.
