Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Elitez Group of Companies, Anil leads initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities through targeted training, leadership development, and career guidance. He works closely with students, fresh graduates, mid-career professionals, and employers, creating tailored programmes that address skill gaps while aligning with business objectives. His role also encompasses the digitalisation of HR services to improve efficiency and engagement.
Anil’s career is marked by a distinguished 14-year tenure with Grundfos, where he held progressive leadership roles across Asia Pacific and Denmark. As Learning & Development Academy Manager and Lead Consultant for the organisation’s Centre of Expertise in Organisation Development, he spearheaded global leadership programmes in collaboration with the Centre for Creative Leadership, delivered high-impact sales enablement training, and facilitated the adoption of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools across the global workforce. His earlier positions in marketing and communications saw him successfully launch regional campaigns, implement CRM systems, and manage significant budgets to deliver measurable results.
Anil holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Georgia, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development.
