Learning Outcome

Learning Unit 1: Promoting Workplace Conduct Best Practices

  • Develop best practices for encouraging workplace conduct and define employee behaviours to ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Learning Unit 2: Development of Organisational Policies

  • Evaluate organisational policies and procedures related to workplace conduct and align them with organisational values.

Learning Unit 3: Organisation Code of Conduct, Ethics and Values

  • Analyse the organisation’s daily practices and operations to ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
  • Evaluate existing organisational policies and procedures to foster and sustain a culture of ethical behaviour and high standards among employees.

Learning Unit 4: Mitigating Workplace Misconduct

  • Distinguish appropriate methods and techniques to investigate and effectively manage various forms of workplace misconduct.
  • Evaluate the severity of workplace misconduct and implement corrective measures.

Learning Unit 5: Addressing Allegations and Communication

  • Design a confidential reporting mechanism that empowers employees to report complaints and alleged misconduct in a secure and efficient manner.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 4.
  • Completed Secondary School Education up to Secondary 4 or its equivalent.
