Learning Outcome

Learning Unit 1: Understanding Employee Relationship Management

  • Evaluate the role of tripartite parties and organisational policies in resolving employee relationship issues, grievances, and disputes.
  • Develop techniques to address and resolve transactional issues within employee.
  • Formulate approaches for engaging with relevant stakeholders to determine the authenticity of various claims.

Learning Unit 2: Resolving Employee Relationship Conflicts

  • Formulate resolutions for intricate employee conflicts and disputes by applying negotiation models and methods with employees and stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies for orchestrating negotiation and conflict resolution meetings with involved parties aimed at achieving mutually agreeable outcomes.
  • Analyse insights from the industry’s best practices in managing employee relationships to formulate a comprehensive approach for overseeing the implementation of agreed outcomes.

Learning Unit 3: Documenting and Assessing Employee Relationship Management

  • Examine documentation pertaining to employee conflicts and resolutions to assist in decision-making processes.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Relevant WSQ Qualifications/ or at least a Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • For learners without relevant academic qualifications, they will be required to possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Learners who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on supporting evidence of competency readiness.
  • Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.

  • For the issuance of the Skills Badges, please note that there is a separate processing fee of $30.00 (before GST) payable to IHRP. Adept Academy shall collect the payment from participants directly.

No, eligibility for SSG funding is limited to individuals holding a Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+). This support does not extend to holders of a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP).
