Learning Unit 1: Identifying Learning and Development Needs

  • Analyse organisational learning needs to design development roadmaps.
  • Design L&D programs incorporating legislative requirements.

Learning Unit 2: Designing and Developing Learning Programmes

  • Select effective delivery channels for learning initiatives.
  • Develop learning content in collaboration with key stakeholders

Learning Unit 3: Implementing and Evaluating Learning Programmes

  • Implement L&D programs using appropriate delivery methods.
  • Evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives considering current trends.

Learning Unit 4: Improving Learning Programmes

  • Propose improvements for L&D programs based on evaluations.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Possess minimally a ‘N’ Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
  • Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3.
  • For learners without the prerequisite, they will be allowed to be accepted in the course, should they possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
