Learning Outcomes

Learning Unit 1: Fundamentals of Learning & Development Strategy

  • Analyse the impact of internal and external influences on learning and development.
  • Apply industry best practices to identify existing performance gaps.

Learning Unit 2: Designing Effective L&D Programs

  • Design comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organisational needs

Learning Unit 3: Stakeholder Engagement in L&D Strategy

  • Apply stakeholder engagement techniques to strategise capability development collaboratively.

Learning Unit 4: Evaluating and Refining L&D Initiatives

  • Implement learning and development strategies and assess their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate learning and development strategies based on program effectiveness results.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Relevant WSQ Qualifications/ or at least a Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Learners without relevant academic qualifications will be required to possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Learners who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on supporting evidence of competency readiness.
  • Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.

  • For the issuance of the Skills Badges, please note that there is a separate processing fee of $30.00 (before GST) payable to IHRP. Adept Academy shall collect the payment from participants directly.

No, eligibility for SSG funding is limited to individuals holding a Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+). This support does not extend to holders of a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP). For more information on the pass types, we encourage our learners to check with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) directly.
