Randolph Lin Hongchuan is a highly accomplished strategic Human Resources leader and certified senior HR professional with extensive regional and global experience across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods, oil and gas, and maritime. Recognised for his expertise in strategic workforce planning, total rewards, organisational development, and HR transformation, he has successfully partnered with senior management teams to align people strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and optimise organisational performance.

Currently serving as Regional Human Resource Manager at SciGen Pte Ltd, Randolph oversees HR operations and strategic initiatives across eight countries, including Singapore, Australia, China, India, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. In this role, he has spearheaded significant workforce expansions, established new country operations, strengthened global compensation structures, and implemented mobility policies. His earlier roles include senior HR leadership positions at Kyowa Kirin Asia Pacific and Fraser and Neave, Limited, where he led multi-country HR portfolios, delivered global HRIS implementations, and managed large-scale organisational development and transformation projects.

Randolph’s career is marked by his ability to lead complex HR change initiatives, from rolling out SAP SuccessFactors across multiple countries to designing global career frameworks, facilitating engagement programmes, and developing leadership and capability-building strategies. His achievements include winning multiple awards for innovative use of HR technology, introducing global values programmes to large workforces, and driving HR governance and compliance at board and executive levels.

He holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University and has been awarded the SkillsFuture Study Award for Human Resource. His professional credentials include Senior Professional (IHRP-SP) certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification from WorldatWork. In addition, he is an ISO 30414 Certified Lead Auditor in Human Capital Reporting and holds the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) with Curriculum Development.
