Currently serving as Director of Sheng Hong Arts Institute and Human Resources Director for multiple entities under the Society of Sheng Hong Welfare Services, San Qing Gong, and Lorong Koo Chye Sheng Hong Temple, Sam leads strategic HR initiatives across diverse sectors. Sam’s prior roles include leadership positions such as Human Resources Shared Services Director at Impact BPO, where he streamlined HR operations for efficiency and scalability; Human Resources Manager at Fullerton Healthcare and Samsung Electronics, where he drove talent development and workforce engagement strategies; and Talent Development Manager at ThaiExpress, where he designed and implemented impactful learning programmes to strengthen organisational capability.
Academically, Sam holds both a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University.
